Track & Field Throwers Prepare For Tune-Up At Miami

The Throwers Will Be The Only Group Competing In RedHawk Invitational

DAYTON – The University of Dayton track and field throwers will be heading to Miami University on Friday and Saturday to compete in the RedHawk Invitational. Here are the times for this weekend's events:

Friday, April 28, 2023

Hammer Throw: 4:00 p.m.

Javelin Throw: 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 29, 2023

Discus Throw: 11:00 a.m.

Shot Put: 1:00 p.m.

Hammer Throw

Jillian Yates, Rebekah Conrad, Anna Yater, Maggie Hofner, Grace Homan, Hannah Lindenman
Yater has the fifth-best hammer throw in the A-10 at 49.80m.

Javelin Throw

Jillian Yates, Grace Homan
Both Yates and Homan will be making their javelin throw debuts.

Discus Throw

Rebekah Conrad, Anna Yater, Grace Homan, Jillian Yates, Maggie Hofner
Homan currently owns the fourth-best discus throw in the A-10 at 46.15m.

Shot Put

Jillian Yates, Rebekah Conrad, Grace Homan, Anna Yater, Maggie Hofner
Homan set the third-best shot put in the A-10 and an outdoor shot put PR last week with her 14.39m put.
