DAYTON - University of Dayton track and field will compete in its final weekend of competition ahead of the Atlantic 10 Championships, as sprinters and distance runners will travel to Louisville, Kentucky, this weekend for the Clark Wood Invitational, hosted by the University of Louisville, while the throwers compete at the Ashland Alumni Invitational, hosted by Ashland University.

FLYERS IN ACTION
In Louisville, a group of ten distance runners will make the trip to compete in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m. On Friday,
Grace Heitkamp and
Bailey Gross will compete in the 5000m, and the group of
Mia Gill,
Anna Newkirk,
Reese Kohnle,
Addison Stephens, and
Sarah Haunn will race the 800m. On Saturday, the 800m group will be joined by
Bryn Hothem,
Cara Mooney, and
Abigail Jordan in the 1500m.

Friday's lone sprints event, the 200m, will see
Jadyn Haywood,
Simone Bessong,
Charlotte Deines,
Sydney Workman,
Mariya Washington,
Chloe Hamilton, and
Grace Felts on the track. On Saturday, Haywood, Workman, Hamilton, and Deines will be back for the 100m.

Rebekah Conrad,
Jillian Yates, and
Anna Yater will compete in the shot put, hammer throw, and discus at Ashland.
Maggie Hofner and
Chloe Hansen will compete in both the hammer throw and discus, and
Elaina Panagakos will step into the circle for the hammer throw and shot put.
