DAYTON – The United Soccer Coaches announced their weekly rankings and listed the University of Dayton at No. 5 this week.

The Flyers are coming off a pair of wins over VCU and Saint Louis last week and entered the week ranked No. 15, the highest ever ranking in program history. Dayton had jumped up 10 spots from No. 25 the week prior and did so again this week.

UD also moved up to No. 12 in the Top Drawer Soccer rankings this week as the Flyers head into postseason play.

No. 2 seed Dayton will open up the Atlantic 10 Championship at home Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. against No. 7 seed Davidson.
