FCS CENTRAL – University of Dayton true freshman wide receiver and kick returner Paul Kelly has been named to FCS Central's Freshman All-America Team as a Punt Returner. 

Kelly led the Pioneer Football League and was fourth in FCS in punt return average (15.4  yards per punt).  In league play he averaged 17.7 yards per punt return.  Kelly  also averaged 20.5 yards per kickoff return on the season, which was fourth in the Pioneer Football League.

He was Second Team All-PFL  as a punt returner.  Kelly was also named as the ROTC Cannonball Award winner, which goes to the team's top newcomer.
