Senior forward Jai Lewis played in his 122nd career game for George Mason, tying the school record set by Robert Dykes from 1987-91.

North Carolina Tar Heels Notes

North Carolina head coach Roy Williams is now 42-16 all-time in NCAA Tournament play.

North Carolina's 27 first-half points was its lowest scoring first half of the year.

The 47 combined points in the first half was the lowest total in any UNC game this season. The previous low of 56 was set against Santa Clara and Virginia during the regular season.

North Carolina's 60 points was its lowest point total of the season since scoring 59 points at Southern California Dec. 21.

Hansbrough's 10 points extended his string of 26 consecutive games with at least 10 points.
