DAYTON, Ohio – The Flyer Faithful will get their first look at the University of Dayton men's and women's basketball teams during the evening on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the annual Red & Blue Game from UD Arena.
The Red & Blue Games are a part of a “Super Saturday” of UD Athletics.
The all-day extravaganza begins with Flyer Football hosting the Campbell Camels from Welcome Stadium at 1 p.m. ET.
Then at 4:30 p.m., the nationally-ranked Flyer Volleyball squad hosts the Charlotte 49ers in an A-10 Conference match.
Shortly after the conclusion of the match, the Flyers volleyball and men’s and women’s basketball teams will hold an autograph session on the UD Arena concourse and Boesch Lounge.
Beginning at 7:05 p.m. ET, the Flyer women’s basketball team will then take the court for two, 8-minute periods. Once the women’s scrimmage has concluded, the men’s team will take the court and after introductions and light stretching, will play four periods of eight minutes each.
Admission to the volleyball match and Red & Blue Scrimmages are free and open to the public. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the UD Arena concession stands.
Football tickets are $10 apiece, $5 for children under 18 and free for UD students with ID.

15 minutes after volleyball match ends – (men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball autograph session)
6:55 p.m. – Women's Basketball warms-up on the court
7:05 p.m. – Women's Basketball begins intrasquad game with two, 8-minute halves
7:35 p.m. – Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams introduced
7:45 p.m. – Men’s Basketball warms-up on the court
8 p.m. – Men’s Basketball intrasquad game begins
