FLYER TENNIS GAINS FIRST WIN OF SEASON

Men Win At Chicago State

The University of Dayton men's tennis team grabbed its first win of the spring season this weekend on a two-match swing to Chicago. The Flyers played at Chicago State on Saturday and Valparaiso on Sunday.

The men won at Chicago State 4-1 and lost 5-0 at Valparaiso. UD won the doubles point and got straight-set wins in singles from Bernardo Sanson, Andre Hanley and Andy Druffel at Chicago State

UD has a pair of matches next weekend. The Flyers play at Toledo on Valentine's Day, and then host Eastern Illinois on Sunday, Feb. 16.
