RALEIGH, N.C. –  The University of Dayton women's track and field team had 12 personal records on Day 1 of the adidas Raleigh Relays.

•   Senior
Taylor Vernot nearly broke the UD school record for the 5000-meter run. Her time was 16:43.78. The current record is 16:42.10 set by Emily Zimmerman in 2011.
•   Sophomore
Taylor Flight recorded a huge PR in the shot put with a mark of 12.93m. Her previous best was 12.33m.
•  Sophomore
Kelly Wilker took 28 seconds off her previous PR in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase with her time of 10:51.81.
