NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The 2019 Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Outdoor Track & Field Academic All-Conference Team was announced today.
 
Seniors Emily Borchers and Taylor Vernot were each honored on the 13-member A-10 All-Academic Team.

They were both also named to the 2018 Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Cross Country Academic All-Conference Team.

The Academic All-Conference Team includes student-athletes who were selected based on their athletic and academic performance. To be nominated, student-athletes must have a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for their entire academic career. The teams were selected through a vote conducted by the league's Sports Information Directors.
