DAYTON – University of Dayton women's and track & field student-athlete
Casey Bogues has qualified for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials.
The event will take place at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. From June 21-30 with participants hoping to earn a trip to Paris this summer for the 2024 Olympics.
Bogues is coming off her redshirt junior season in which she earned Honorable Mention All-America at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing 20
th in the nation at Hayward Field. She became the second Flyer all-time to qualify for the outdoor championships twice and will now compete in her second ever Olympic qualifying.
The New Jersey native won her third Atlantic 10 title at the outdoor championships and earned gold medals at Tennessee, Ball State, and Ohio State meets, as well as third at N.C. State and fourth at the prestigious Penn Relays.
Heats will begin on Friday, June 28 at 7 p.m. ET with the finals taking place on Sunday, June 30 at 7:10 p.m.
