Dayton Athletics Communication Announces Staffing Changes

Doug Hauschild’s Retirement Leads To New Primary Sport Contacts

DAYTON – Ahead of the 2025-26 academic year, the University of Dayton Athletics Communication department has finalized its staff and sport assignments.

With the retirement of longtime director Doug Hauschild, Kyler Ludlow will be the primary contact for men's basketball and women's soccer.

Director of Athletics Communication Ross Bagienski will be the primary contact for football, women's basketball and women's rowing.

Jenna Willhoit remains the contact for men's golf, women's golf, softball and the website, adding men's soccer.

Alex Mikos, Coordinator of Branding and Communications, will continue to be the primary contact for track and field, men's cross country and women's cross country.

Madison Maselko was hired last month as an Assistant Director of Athletics Communication and will cover volleyball, baseball, men's tennis and women's tennis.

Hauschild will remain with the department in a part-time capacity, serving as Historian and assisting in special projects.
