#Flyboys Notes
·       Mitchell Garrity enters the week with a 21-game reached base streak and a nine-game hitting streak, both of which are the highest mark a player for Dayton baseball has reached this season.
·       Connor Echols has the second-longest active streak with 16 games, while Brantley Johnson and Takahiro Yamada both had streaks of 18 games apiece earlier this year.
·       Dayton (14-29, 6-12 A-10) lost ground by one game to Richmond (24-20, 10-8 A-10) for the seventh spot in the Atlantic 10 Conference standings, as the Spiders' lead on the Flyers for the final spot for the A-10 Tournament is now up to 4.0 games with just six conference games remaining on the schedule. Richmond took two of three from VCU last weekend, while Dayton only managed one win in its three-game set against Fordham.
·       Rhode Island (19-25, 9-9 A-10), Dayton's weekend series opponent, is the only other team between the Flyers and Richmond in the Atlantic 10 standings.
·       As of Monday, Rhode Island's 11-game winning streak is the longest in the nation. The Rams have no midweek games scheduled before they will make the trip to Woerner Field.
