RICHMOND, Va. – University of Dayton baseball Senior Marcos Pujols and junior Paxton Tomaini were named to the Atlantic 10 All-Tournament Team the league office announced after the conclusion of the 2023 tournament.
 
Pujols finished the FlyBoys' four-game tournament run with three home runs, six runs scored and five RBI. The Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic native finished his final season in a Dayton uniform with a career-best 17 home runs, third-most in a single season in program history, and 44 long balls for his career, second-best all-time.
 
Tomaini provided a spark both offensively and defensively during the tournament run, hitting a team-leading .429 while reaching base at a .526 clip and displaying flawless defense at second base, going errorless in 17 attempts. The Tallahassee, Fla. native drove in six runs, scored four, had a double and launched his second grand slam of the season in UD's 15-4 win over No. 2 seed Davidson.
 
The All-Championship team, composed of the top performers from across all seven qualifying squads at the tournament, featured Davidson's Jake Wilhoit, Dayton's Marcos Pujols and Paxton Tomaini, Richmond's Johnny Hipsman, Saint Joseph's Ryan DeSanto, Saint Louis' Tyler Fogarty, Hayden Moore and Cole Smith and Mason's Chad Gartland, Kyle Menaker, South Trimble and Reece Woody.
