ASHLEY CAMPBELL - Women's Soccer 2012-2015
The Dayton career record holder in goals scored with 63, Ashley Campbell was a two-time Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Year and four-time all-conference selection. She is the only Flyer to have played in a World Cup, representing Canada as a member of their National Team in the 2014 U-20 Women's World Cup. She played in all four of their matches, with a start against Finland.
Campbell had three UD top-10 single-season goal totals in her four seasons and is second in career points (150).Â
She and UD Hall of Fame classmate Nicole Waters played on teams that were a combined 50-27-7, and 27-6-2 in the Atlantic 10 Conference. Campbell played on two A-10 championship teams, winning the regular season title in 2013 and the conference tournament in 2014. Â Her other three teams suffered the heartbreak of losing in the A-10 tournament in a shootout. Â
As a senior, Campbell Dayton's nominee for A-10 Women of the Year. She played professionally in Europe and Canada after graduating from UD. Â
