KEITH WALESKOWSKI - Men's Basketball 1999-2004

Keith Waleskowski came to UD without a scholarship, but after redshirting his first year at Dayton he earned that scholarship with four "Shorty" Sharpenter rebounding awards and four post-season appearances (two NIT, two NCAA).

Waleskowski is 19th in career scoring (1,515), fifth in games played (129) , second in offensive rebounds (371), sixth in rebounding (1,092), seventh in minutes played (3,807), eighth in FT% (.781), and eighth in blocked shots (70) at UD

Over his career, he led Flyers in rebounding four times, FT% three times, and FG% twice. The forward from Alter High School in Kettering was just the second four-time rebounding leader in school history (Ryan Perryman was first).

Waleskowski missed averaging a double-double by three total rebounds as a senior.

He was the Thomas Luppe award winner as a freshman and the White-Allen MVP as a senior. He was the first recipient of the Uhl Endowed Family Scholarship.

Beyond UD, Waleskowski was First Team All-Atlantic 10 as a senior, Second Team as a junior, and All-Rookie as a freshman. He also was the Most Valuable Player of the 2003 EA Sports Maui Invitational.
