LOUIS LONCAR - Football - 1986-1990
 

Lou Loncar was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 28, 1967. At the University of Dayton, Lou walked onto the football team in 1986 and played football all 4 years of college until 1989. Lou was a team captain and started at defensive tackle for the Coach Mike Kelly lead 1989 Division-III National Championship team. After the 1989 season, Lou was named an All-American. While at Dayton, Lou earned his degree from the School of Business. 

After Dayton, Lou started a home construction business in 1995. In 2008, Lou became the Head Football Coach for Kirtland Middle School’s 7th grade team. Lou is survived by his wife Vickie and 3 sons, Ryan, Owen, and Louie after passing away in his Kirtland, Ohio home on April 3, 2009 at the age of 41.
