CHRISTI HESTER MACK – Women's Basketball 1996-2000

Christi Hester Mack was one knee injury away from being one of the handful of college basketball players to lead their team in scoring all four seasons.

She scored 1,268 points in her career (currently 11th at UD) and led the Flyers in scoring as a freshman (14.4 points), sophomore (13.7) and as a senior (15.1), but a knee injury her junior year limited her to 56 points in 14 games.

As a freshman, she scored 35 points against Virginia Tech (one point behind Ann Meyers' UD freshman record of 36).

A versatile and gifted talent, she also led team in assists as a sophomore (3.12) and senior (4.00). As a senior, the Louisville native led the Flyers to their first post-season berth as a Division I program when UD qualified for the 2000 WNIY.
