CARA ARLEDGE - Women's Soccer - 1985-1988
 

During Cara’s time here at UD she played women’s varsity soccer for 4 seasons from 1985-1988. She is the career leader for Women’s soccer at the University of Dayton with 28 assists in four years.  In her senior year in 1988 she scored 5 goals and passed on 3 goals for 3 assists. She scored goals against – Siena Heights, Lewis, Wilmington, and had two goals  against Notre Dame. Cara was a tremendous student who was effectively able to balance both school and soccer. She was member on the University’s Honor Roll in 1989.

In her years after UD Cara continued to stay active, and live a healthy lifestyle. She ran and participated in local marathons and 10 K’s in surrounding suburbs of Dayton, Ohio. In 2008 she competed in the Air Force 10k and finished very respectfully in her division.
