MIKE HARMEYER – Football 1983-85 

Mike Harmeyer was the defensive star of the 1984 team that allowed a total of 92 points in 11 games and lost to eventual national champ Augustana 14-13 in the NCAA Division III playoffs

He had 16 sacks, 15 TFL, eight fumbles caused, six fumbles recovered and even an interception from his middle guard position.  The Cincinnati Moeller High School product still holds school record for fumbles recovered in a single game (3).

Harmeyer was a two-time Pizza Hut NCAA Division III All-American.  He was a 1985 team captain & the 1985 winner of the Sheriff "Beno" Keiter Four-Year Award.

"Moby" as he was known in his playing days, is retired from the financial investment industry. He currently resides in Reading, Ohio.
