JOE ZOTKIEWICZ - Men's Basketball, Golf, Football - 1935-1938
Zotkiewicz was a three-sport star, winning three letters in football and golf and one in Basketball. He was elected captain in 37 as a Senior at the Fullback position. He was named to the All-Buckeye conference teams and received a couple of Honorable Mention Awards. As a senior, he was voted best Athlete by the student body and the Gold Medal award for excellence in Scholarship and Athletics.
He won the Golf State Championship three years in a row 36-38, and captured state medalist honors all three times. In Basketball, he was a guard standing at 5’9. He passed away in 1968.
